Self Storage Units Charlotte

Ms. Kathy was very patient and professional. She made sure she answered all my questions . She took time out to help go find a cart when none was by the door. I would recommend them anytime I know someone is looking for a storage.

My experience with both representatives with Sunbird storage was very good. Took the time to explain all the details in regard to my rental. And both were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me select the right size unit because we had alot to store. Would recommend Sunbird to friends and family looking to house their belongings or property. We made a good choice.

Since renting my storage unit from Sunbird Storage at the beginning of the year, I have had nothing short of extraordinary customer service. The associates that got me setup with my storage unit were very attentive to my needs and worked with me to ensure I was getting all the care I needed during my transition into their storage facility. I even had the pleasure of speaking and working with the property owner who also was very attentive in assisting me with my issue when my access code was not working at the front doors. He verified me and granted me access and then rectified the issue and got my code fixed. I was very satisfied. Thank you Sunbird Storage for your excellent customer service. Continue the great work!

Great experience at Sunbird. The storage units are climate controlled, very clean and pest free. Friendly office staff, very helpful when I needed a bigger unit, and when I had a scheduling glitch with movers.

Our experience has been excellent at Sunbird Storage. In fact, we were the very first tenants at their E.Wt. Harris Blvd facility. They are attentive and respond to any request promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend their storage facility without reservation. Andrea
