Self Storage Units Greensboro

Amazing customer service and very clean!

Polite, prompt & seamless sign up and exit transactions. Good promotional deal. Very clean with free use of hand carts and dollies. Highly recommend.

If you go to Sunbird ask for Amanda, she is the best. No issues at all and when there is something wrong she reaches out immediately and doesn't waste anytime. She also will give you a detailed explanation which is a plus because not all the people do it. Amanda is the best!!!!!

Move in process was a breeze, Amanda gave me a tour of the building and got me set up with a unit. I moved in the same day. I was impressed with the hospital like cleanliness of the facilities, and it's very secure, cameras everywhere. Plenty of parking. Overall excellent experience.

I had a pleasant experience getting set up with a new storage unit. I was promptly greeted by Amanda when I walked in. She found my reservation and then took me on a tour of the building. She was very informative and a pleasure to work with. The facility is very clean, well lit, secure and there were plenty of carts to help me get my things loaded into my unit. Elevators are quick. I couldn't have chosen a better storage facility to do business with. -B McRae

Amanda is the greatest employee they could have. She is always upbeat and greets me with a smile, even remembers my name. The facility is very clean, especially the bathrooms. I will recommend sunbird to everyone I know.

We had such an amazing time at the Sunbird Storage’s community event!!! The activities were fun and well put together, Amanda and her team made everyone feel welcome. I’m honored to have won first place and so thankful for the prize of 3 months free storage!!!

Mark was cleaning when I came through the door. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Gave a thorough tour and answered all of my questions. I went down to BeeSafe to see if they could match or beat the quoted price (NOPE…Sunbird for the WIN!!) When I returned to make my final decision and payment, Mark was cleaning again. Place is spotless and customer service is A1!!!!

My family had a great experience with this location while storing my son’s stuff for school. The facility was clean and easily accessible for us when moving him back. Amanda was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely be getting another unit after this school year finishes up to store his stuff again!
